The concept was to create an interactive globe which would be the centrepiece of the 7-page microsite, running alongside a marketing campaign strategised by River Creative. Deutsche Post wanted to help customers understand important services which no other competitor was offering. The microsite was created so that potential customers could understand the services on offer and also, find out information about their package destinations.
We came up with the idea of creating an interactive globe whereby customers could either select a drop-down of the destination, or grab and move the globe manually to a destination city. Our teams of coders and designers set about creating a great looking globe that was not only aesthetically pleasing, but also worked quickly across the internet.
